Simon Burson is a skilled cybersecurity leader with over a decade of experience helping organisations make security part of their DNA. With a strong background in architecture and risk, Simon is adept at identifying systemic issues and deliver the business changes required to manage a dynamic threat environment efficiently and effectively. He is passionate about investing in security early, prioritising advice over assurance. Partnering across an organisation he nurtures experimentation and innovation to get it right first, and avoid costly remediation. Known for his data centric approach to decision making he is currently focussed on managing the AI risk and opportunity as it enables organisations and threat actors alike.
